Refer to Elamant Policies and Procedures v5.0 (Clause 15.0 – Legacy Wallet) 

Legacy Customer – Any Elamant Member (whether active or inactive) at the time of system transition 15 April 2021. This does NOT apply to a terminated Member.

This is a courtesy account for legacy customers which will contain membership extension credits, legacy EWallet credits (monetized and non-monetized), legacy data points, legacy renewal points, and legacy bonus points for utilization on legacy wallet milestone promotions (e.g. loyalty bonus, rank up bonus, fast start bonus, learning and development bonus). The funds in this account are non-transferable to any other member account and can only be withdrawn in accordance with legacy wallet milestone promotion terms and conditions as issued by the Company from time to time.

Elamant has adopted a unique and innovative 2-part Compensation Program. This program enables Premium Members to earn a direct commission for referring up to 3 Members, and earn hourly compensation for the services they provide for the Company. The Elamant compensation program comprises two separate parts: (1) the Founder Program, and (2) the Consultant Program. 

Premium Members may be rewarded with a direct sales commission by the Company by personally sponsoring individuals to join Elamant as a Premium Member. Once qualified, the qualified Member will receive an instant direct sales commission of $33 USD paid to the Pending section of the EWallet. The commission will be released from ‘Pending’ status after 2 weeks from the initial day of sponsorship. The qualified Member may earn a direct sales commission for up to 3 directly sponsored members totaling $99 USD maximum ($33 each) per membership cycle. A Founder may choose to enroll more Premium Members, but will only earn direct sales commission for up to three (3) Active Premium Members at one time. A Founder may continue to earn a recurring commission every cycle that their direct Premium Member (or Members) stay active.

May 10th, 2021 Transition Details

To honor all customers who pre-paid for an Elamant Paycard, we have commenced issuing refunds. All Elamant members who pre-paid for an Elamant Paycard via credit card, BTC, or directly to Elamant South Africa via FNB qualify for this refund. We understand that some members may have paid their sponsors or may have not yet received a refund for direct payments to the Company.  All Elamant customers requesting a Paycard refund need to provide the following information: 

  • Member ID 
  • Member Name 
  • Value of Paycard Payment 
  • Date of Paycard Payment 
  • Proof of Paycard Payment 
  • Form of Paycard Payment  (i.e., Credit Card; BTC; FNB; Sponsor ID; Other) 

Upon receipt of the above information, our compliance team will validate details and ensure Paycard refunds are immediately processed. To ensure ALL customers who are entitled to a refund receive a refund, we invite customers to submit a refund request to support@elamant.com and include the above list of proof of payment and member ID. 

If paid by Credit/Debit card

For customers who paid for the Elamant Paycard via credit card, Elamant will submit a request for refund via our credit card processing system; once verified and processed, it takes 5-10 days for refund completion (as per terms of our third-party credit card processing system). 

If paid by FNB

For customers who paid for the Elamant Paycard via FNB, Elamant will submit a request for refund and credit their member account EWallet; once processed, it takes 5-10 days for refund completion. 

If Paid directly to a sponsor or another person directly

If customers paid directly to their Sponsor, it is the Sponsor’s responsibility to coordinate a refund via consultation with Elamant upon submission of full verification requirements. 

If paid by BTC

While we have a no-refund policy for any payments via BTC, Elamant will honor any customers who paid via BTC. Upon successful verification, Elamant will submit a request for refund and credit their member account EWallet; once processed, it takes 5-10 days for refund completion. 

Due to third-party vendor issues beyond our control, we have had to put a hold on finalizing the Elamant Paycard until the third-party system is fixed.  As a result, we wish to apologize to our customers for this unexpected delay and issue refunds to all Elamant Customers who pre-ordered the Elamant Paycard.  Once the platform is remediated, we will be extending an offer for Customers to participate in our Elamant Paycard Pilot Program for beta testing and roll out.

If a member was active greater than 28 days at the time of system transition, all days in excess of 28 days are converted into Legacy Wallet Credits.
