Through Elamant’s Earn-as-you-Learn program, customers are also provided with an opportunity to utilize the soft and hard skills they acquire and provide bona fide business services back to the Company through an Independent Contractor Agreement

A first-time Elamant Member may cancel his or her membership for ANY reason within 72 hours (3 days) if membership is paid with a Credit/Debit card and receive a full refund to the Credit/Debit card used to complete the membership purchase.*    

*This refund guarantee applies to new membership enrollments paid by credit/debit card only. Once the refund is processed, the system will terminate the membership. There are no refunds if payment is made using Bitcoin (BTC) or other forms of cryptocurrency. There are also no refunds or exchanges on Elamant Premium Codes. All bulk order sales of Premium Codes paid to the Company are final with no refunds or exchanges.

To be “Qualified” for a Crypto Withdrawal, a Member, Founder, or Consultant must meet or abide by the following terms and conditions. All crypto payments will be made in USD-C, the world’s leading digital dollar stable coin. You can find more information about this by visiting their website https://www.circle.com/en/usdc  

  • Member must have an ACTIVE Premium Membership subscription – If a withdrawal request is pending or if the membership goes inactive, is terminated, or is suspended before the day of processing, the transaction will be canceled and funds credited back to the members’ EWallet.   
  • A withdrawal request may be submitted at any time, but payout processing occurs every Monday. The Crypto withdrawal request will be processed by 5pm USA (Central Standard Time / GMT -6) on Monday of every week.  
  • There may only be 1 withdrawal request submitted at a time.  
  • The minimum withdrawal amount for a Crypto withdrawal request is $20.00 USD in increments of $20.00 USD. For example, if there is $327.00 USD in the EWallet, you may only be eligible to request $320.00 USD for withdrawal.   
  • A transaction fee of $5.00 USD will apply to each withdrawal.   
  • An additional 2% service and processing fee will apply for each withdrawal.   
  • The Member MUST have correctly completed and passed KYC validation before the Crypto withdrawal request is processed.  
  • The maximum withdrawal amount per week allotted depends on the qualified service level of the Member or Consultant. (Please refer to “Weekly Withdrawal Limits By Service Level”  https://elamant.com/legal/policies-and-procedures/.)

Know Your Customer (KYC) is an aspect of due diligence that deals with the precise identification of customers. To protect the company and our customers from fraud, all customers who qualify for any financial transaction on the platform are required to pass KYC.  This process may involve submitting personal information like a national ID, passport, proof of residence, and other information for the purpose of validating customer identity.  Elamant has partnered with an enterprise-grade KYC provider that provides verification in 60 seconds with a 98.67% accuracy rate with global coverage – 3000 ID templates, 230+ countries, and 150+ languages.  We outsource this process to provide an additional layer of due diligence and security to our customers. 

We have 2 steps of KYC that we will require our customers, founders, and consultants to complete.

  • The first level of KYC is Email Verification. This is required to send important updates regarding your account and to provide an entry level of KYC that we have a validated contact for our customer.
  • The second level of KYC is required for anyone utilizing the Business Center and Ewallet. These members MUST successfully complete the full KYC as mentioned above from our 3rd party company before withdrawing from the Ewallet into BTC or Elamant Crypto Wallet.

Yes, from the 24th May 2021, active Legacy Members may initiate a change of sponsor request for any inactive or terminated sponsors on their Elamant account within 24 hours of the time of membership renewal.  A Legacy Member is limited to one (1) change of sponsor request.   

From the 24th May 2021, active NEW Members may initiate a change of sponsor request within 24 hours of the NEW Member initial enrollment date.  A NEW Member is limited to one (1) change of sponsor request.

This is the account to which all approved hourly service fees, Founders commissions, and other bonuses are deposited. The funds in this account are non-transferable to any other member account directly, but funds in the EWallet may be withdrawn weekly to the Elamant Crypto Wallet or Elamant Paycard*. This account is made up of two (2) parts: (1) the “Approved” status, and (2) the “Pending” status.   

The EWallet account holder may request to withdraw into their Elamant Crypto Wallet at any time, however, the payout will be processed every Monday. For more information on Crypto withdrawals, see the section “Terms & Conditions for Crypto Withdrawals” .

Legacy Customer – Any Elamant Member (whether active or inactive) at the time of system transition 15 April 2021. This does NOT apply to a terminated Member.

This is a courtesy account for legacy customers which will contain membership extension credits, legacy EWallet credits (monetized and non-monetized), legacy data points, legacy renewal points, and legacy bonus points for utilization on legacy wallet milestone promotions (e.g. loyalty bonus, rank up bonus, fast start bonus, learning and development bonus). The funds in this account are non-transferable to any other member account and can only be withdrawn in accordance with legacy wallet milestone promotion terms and conditions as issued by the Company from time to time.

Elamant has adopted a unique and innovative 2-part Compensation Program. This program enables Premium Members to earn a direct commission for referring up to 3 Members, and earn hourly compensation for the services they provide for the Company. The Elamant compensation program comprises two separate parts: (1) the Founder Program, and (2) the Consultant Program. 

Premium Members may be rewarded with a direct sales commission by the Company by personally sponsoring individuals to join Elamant as a Premium Member. Once qualified, the qualified Member will receive an instant direct sales commission of $33 USD paid to the Pending section of the EWallet. The commission will be released from ‘Pending’ status after 2 weeks from the initial day of sponsorship. The qualified Member may earn a direct sales commission for up to 3 directly sponsored members totaling $99 USD maximum ($33 each) per membership cycle. A Founder may choose to enroll more Premium Members, but will only earn direct sales commission for up to three (3) Active Premium Members at one time. A Founder may continue to earn a recurring commission every cycle that their direct Premium Member (or Members) stay active.

Elamant has adopted a unique and innovative Compensation Program. The Elamant compensation program is a benefit of the Elamant membership portal that allows qualified members to provide services to Elamant as an independent contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Independent Contractor Agreement.  

One of the key goals of Elamant is to provide our Members with the opportunity for professional growth and development. This has the benefit of turning our Members into a skilled pool of professionals and allows Elamant to run as a distributed company, like many new firms in the “gig” economy (Gig workers are independent contractors, online portal workers, contract firm workers, on-call workers, and temporary workers. Gig workers enter into formal agreements with on-demand companies to provide services to the company’s clients). As the Elamant network grows, there is opportunity for Members to become Consultants and directly provide essential services and support to Elamant Members and Elamant directly.  

As Elamant Consultants take on more responsibility, sponsor more Members, and see their team grow, they qualify for different Service Levels of engagement as Consultants. The Service Level determines both the hourly rate Elamant will pay the Consultant for work performance and the total volume of work-eligible to the Consultant for assignment (i.e. hours per week).

May 10th, 2021 Transition Details

To honor all customers who pre-paid for an Elamant Paycard, we have commenced issuing refunds. All Elamant members who pre-paid for an Elamant Paycard via credit card, BTC, or directly to Elamant South Africa via FNB qualify for this refund. We understand that some members may have paid their sponsors or may have not yet received a refund for direct payments to the Company.  All Elamant customers requesting a Paycard refund need to provide the following information: 

  • Member ID 
  • Member Name 
  • Value of Paycard Payment 
  • Date of Paycard Payment 
  • Proof of Paycard Payment 
  • Form of Paycard Payment  (i.e., Credit Card; BTC; FNB; Sponsor ID; Other) 

Upon receipt of the above information, our compliance team will validate details and ensure Paycard refunds are immediately processed. To ensure ALL customers who are entitled to a refund receive a refund, we invite customers to submit a refund request to support@elamant.com and include the above list of proof of payment and member ID. 

If paid by Credit/Debit card

For customers who paid for the Elamant Paycard via credit card, Elamant will submit a request for refund via our credit card processing system; once verified and processed, it takes 5-10 days for refund completion (as per terms of our third-party credit card processing system). 

If paid by FNB

For customers who paid for the Elamant Paycard via FNB, Elamant will submit a request for refund and credit their member account EWallet; once processed, it takes 5-10 days for refund completion. 

If Paid directly to a sponsor or another person directly

If customers paid directly to their Sponsor, it is the Sponsor’s responsibility to coordinate a refund via consultation with Elamant upon submission of full verification requirements. 

If paid by BTC

While we have a no-refund policy for any payments via BTC, Elamant will honor any customers who paid via BTC. Upon successful verification, Elamant will submit a request for refund and credit their member account EWallet; once processed, it takes 5-10 days for refund completion. 

Due to third-party vendor issues beyond our control, we have had to put a hold on finalizing the Elamant Paycard until the third-party system is fixed.  As a result, we wish to apologize to our customers for this unexpected delay and issue refunds to all Elamant Customers who pre-ordered the Elamant Paycard.  Once the platform is remediated, we will be extending an offer for Customers to participate in our Elamant Paycard Pilot Program for beta testing and roll out.

If a member was active greater than 28 days at the time of system transition, all days in excess of 28 days are converted into Legacy Wallet Credits.
